1977 Honda CB750
Notes from the Owner: "I am selling my 1977 Honda CB750K motorcycle with only 15,300 all original miles since new. I have owned this bike since 2017 having purchased it from my personal mechanic in Rye, NY. It had originally been owned by his uncle who was its first owner. This massive 4 cylinder engine CB750 had always been garaged since new and wears all of its original paint. Several years ago I sold the Honda to a dear friend of mine who happens to be an aerospace engineer. At that time the CB750 indicated approximately 13k miles. This previous owner completed much of the repairs and maintenance on the CB750/4 and barely used it. He replaced the tires and tubes, brakes, battery, starter module, rebuilt the 4 carburetors, plugs and ignition system. All fluids are fresh. He fit the bike with this beautiful Delkevic 4 into1 all stainless megaphone exhaust system from England to the tune of around 500 dollars. What a great sound!! (like a Ducati!) The Honda is in mechanically turn key condition and requires no further attention. It is complete with its original owners manual and factory tool roll. I replaced the battery recently with a Die Hard dry cell as it cranked too slow for my taste. Just look at it, pull the manual choke on the facia and this classic 4 cylinder/ 4 carbs engine fires right up!! What an engine, smooth, fast and great power to the rear wheel. One kick, or electric start, how cool! With respect to the cosmetic condition of my bike. I am a very serious collector and own over 20 bikes. I only own un altered, un molested and cosmetically original machines. My 750 is no exception. The paint is completely original from the year of manufacture in Japan in 1977. Handlebars, seat, fenders, blinkers headlight etc all original. 100% The owners manual and factory tool roll rest nicely in its perfect factory 2 up seat. My CB750K is being sold on its open current NY State Title and of course is sold with no liens, damage or salvage history. You may bring a mechanic, bring a trailer or just bring the cash! I am happy to show you the bike in the scenic village of Bedford , New York, only 50 miles north of Times Square. As for the price, $4900. You will not be disappointed! Best wishes and safe riding!! PS, for the local historians out there, the cover image was taken in front of the Bedford Oak. Over 300 years old it predated our revolutionary war and is older than our great nation!"
